We are still compiling all of the awesome shots from last night’s Halloween Harvest but we wanted to say thank you to the amazing crew from Party People Events for adding some incredible details to our event last night. The sky is literally the limit as to what they can do!
This Saturday is National Prescription Drug Take Back Day! From 10 am to 2 pm, our Police Department will be helping citizens to dispose of unwanted, unneeded, and expired medications in a safe manner.
This effort is important to assist people to responsibly dispose of prescription drugs and eliminate the potential abuse of them. It also prevents pharmaceuticals from contaminating our lakes and groundwater. Please do not dispose of prescription drugs by flushing them in the toilet.
You may turn in unused, expired, or unwanted human and pet medications, as well as over the counter medications, vitamins, and other medication in liquid or solid form, for proper disposal. There will be plastic bags provided on-site for medication disposal.
Thank you to everyone who volunteered time to help us fill all 2500 goodie bags! Also, thank you to each and every business/person who donated candy, promotional items and money to make this possible for our local kids. We are excited and ready to see you all tomorrow evening🎃👻
A few things to remember for our Halloween event tomorrow evening (10/22/20.) You must remain in your vehicle for the duration of the trail. We will begin lining cars up in the queue area off PK Ave at 5pm! Please note there is only one entrance to the trail (see map) Most importantly we ask that you bring your smiles, cooperation and patience!
